My mission is to empower women in their 30s–50s to create meaningful, sustainable habits that support long term brain-health, strength, vitality, and overall well-being.

My name is Brittany McCann. Originally from Houston, Texas, I currently reside in Chandler, Arizona, and previously lived in Ambergris Caye, Belize from 2010 to 2017. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, I bring a deep understanding of client relationships and strategic planning to everything I do.
In 2021, I began a transformative journey that led to lasting change in more ways than I could have imagined.
I’ve embraced a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on strength and functional training, balanced nutrition, a passion for reading, daily walks, and most importantly a life-long learning mindset.
My passion for brain health has grown through both personal study and lived experience. As I’ve deepened my own education and efforts in this area, I’ve also witnessed the impact of neurodegenerative disease through my mom’s journey. These experiences have strengthened my belief that, although disease in later life has been normalized in the United States, aging does not have to follow that path. I’m committed to empowering others with the knowledge, habits, and support that promote resilient, lifelong health.
What started as a personal journey has evolved into a desire to help others achieve positive, lasting change.
I have completed my training and am currently pursuing certification through Duke University's Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching program, aligning with my belief in a whole-person approach to health. I am also currently pursuing a certificate in nutrition strategies through Duke University, focusing on the gut-brain connection.

Health and Well-Being Coaching is a partnership between coach and client for sustainable change in the client’s life. Health coaching fills the gap between the information doctors provide and implementation via lifestyle and behavior changes. This is the key to prevention and management of chronic illness. The Duke University health and well-being coaching model takes a holistic approach, including mind, body, spirit, and community. I partner with clients to navigate a clear vision for optimal health and well-being, examine their day-to-day routines, and give them the space to create actionable steps that support meaningful progress over the next 3-6 months.
